General Information

This shelter has over 150 beds for men who do not have a home in Baltimore County. It is a safe place where men can get help and plan for a better future.

The shelter offers one-on-one support, classes to build life skills, get ready for a job, and learn how to manage money. Other helpful programs such as Housing Navigation Services and Aftercare Coordination are also available.

Housing Navigation Services

About

Case managers help ensure that residents are able to live independently before finding them permanent, secure housing. They assist in identifying housing and initial, short-term rent and security deposits to enable residents to successfully move on from emergency shelter.

Arbutus and Samaritan Housing

About

The Samaritan Housing Initiative Program is a federally (HUD) funded housing project. To support HUD's goal of improving housing accessibility for persons with disabilities, the project houses chronically homeless men and women in Baltimore County who have been diagnosed with a disabling condition.
