Best Buddies has multiple programs that range from social, employment, and leadership. Their social program provides space for individuals without intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) to engage with individuals with IDD. Additionally, Best Buddies helps support individuals with IDD through integrated employment to support themselves independently. Lastly, their leadership development program connects individuals with and without IDD to get involved in advocacy work.
