Helping Up Mission is a program that helps people who are homeless or struggling with addiction, mental health, or poverty. They offer a place to stay, support to get better, and programs to help people heal and start over.

The Mayor’s Office of African American Male Engagement (MOAAME) is committed to creating a Community Collaborative Network and support structure to identify the needs of men and to coordinate, advance, and implement policies and practices that promote opportunities for all of Baltimore’s African American males, as well as others we encounter, to achieve a successful and fulfilling life.

The RICH Program serves to empower local youth and families, instilling hope, inspiration, and a sense of purpose.

The Behavioral Health Leadership Institute (BHLI) offers mobile care for people with opioid addiction.

Offers transitional housing, education, and quality treatment services to youth and adults.

Rumina is a safe place that helps parents with feeding their baby and feeling better after birth.
