General Information
Offer medication-assisted treatment, substance abuse counseling, and supportive care services. 
 Walk-ins accepted, but recommended to make appointment with our intake and referral office at 410-225-5452, Mon - Fri 7:30am - 4:00pm.
 During your first appointment the center will: perform a physical assessment, request a drug screening, review your past drug use and medical history, provide a consultation with an intake counselor, and explain our program’s procedures and policies. 
 
 On your first appointment please take your ID, your insurance card, and a list of any medicines you take. If you have them, take any papers about past addiction treatment to your first appointment. 
Payments accepted: Private health insurance, Medicare, Medicaid, and Military insurance, with payment assistance provided.
Services
Individual Counseling
About
The center helps with your emotional and mental health while you go through opiate addiction treatment. Counselors will help you understand how you became dependent on drugs or alcohol and teach you how to manage stress and avoid triggers. 
 Please have your ID, your insurance card, and a list of any medicines you take. If you have them, take any papers about past addiction treatment to your first appointment.
Relapse Prevention Education
About
The center teaches you how to avoid relapse and stay on track with your treatment. You will learn how addiction works and how to make healthy choices to support your recovery.
Discharge Planning
About
When you are ready to finish treatment, the center will help you slowly stop taking your medicine and connect you with support to help you stay healthy and drug-free.
Case Management Services
About
You will get a treatment plan made just for you, and your counselor will help manage it to make sure your needs are met as you get better in treatment.
Group Counseling
About
Provide you with a sense of community during the opioid treatment program. These meetings let you share recovery experiences with other patients and find a community of people with similar goals.
Referrals to Community Resources
About
The center will refer you to community services that assist you with housing, food, jobs, transportation, and other necessities so that you can focus on recovery.
Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT)
About
Uses medication and therapy to treat addiction. Offers methadone and buprenorphine maintenance treatment to help manage the effects of opiate withdrawal. Staff help to determine which treatment option is better for you. 
 Medication Hours differ from normal hours of operation:
 Mon – Fri: 2:00 pm – 10:00 pm 
 Saturday: 1:00 pm – 9:00 pm 
 Please bring your valid ID, your insurance card, and a list of any medications you are currently taking. If you have access to them, any relevant medical records related to previous addiction treatment would also be helpful. 
 
 Substance Use Counseling will help find the cause of the problem so they can support you to change your bad habits. They offer a safe space for treatment and recovery.
