General Information
Home Connections helps people with disabilities who have been homeless for a long time find a safe place to live.
The program gives permanent, low-cost housing and support services.
It is for single adults and families in Baltimore City.
To sign up, go to Beans & Bread between 9:00 AM and 3:00 PM, Monday to Friday, to meet with a case manager.
Call (410) 732-1892 for more help or to make an appointment. Housing is limited and chosen through the City’s homeless services system.
