MONSE is the part of the City that helps make neighborhoods safer and prevent violence. MONSE works with people in Baltimore, local groups, schools, businesses, and other helpers to stop violence and find out why it happens. MONSE is in charge of programs that help stop violence, provide money to local groups working on safety, and help people who have been hurt by violence.
