Homelessness in Baltimore is complex, but we know a primary factor is a lack of housing affordability. Most of the women that enter our program are unemployed; many without income or with such low income. Baltimore Outreach Services assists with housing, job search case management, mental health, culinary arts training, substance abuse for women.
